The Siemon Law Firm is excited to announce its support for the 2019 Atlanta Pride Festival. Our attorneys will represent our firm during the Pride Parade and act as a sponsor for the event.
According to the Atlanta Pride Committee, the festival celebrates and promotes LGBTQ causes and individuals across Georgia. And as a sponsor, we are serving as allies to the LGBTQ community and walk with other supporters during the 49th Annual Pride Parade in Atlanta.
The Atlanta Pride Festival will be from October 11th through the 12th and feature events surrounding all types of communities including the Pride Marketplace, Children and Youth spaces, Trans March, free entertainment on three different stages and the Starlight Cabaret.
The event brings in over 300,000 attendees annually and is home to the country’s largest National Coming Out Day observance since moving its pride celebration from June to October in Georgia. Throughout the decades, the festival has become a symbol of unity and visibility for LGBTQ citizens in Atlanta.
The LGBTQ community has a strong presence in the Atlanta community. We want to continue encouraging the LGBTQ population to raise their voices while supporting equality and justice for all Georgia residents. We also want to support the event that allows the community to flourish, year after year.
